Payment schedule:
• Within 5 days after signed contract: 30%
• 30 days before start of charter: 60%
• 5 days before start of charter: 10%

• End cleaning: EUR 375 (Arctic Princess / Arctic Charm), EUR 465 (Arctic Dream)
• Bedclothes: EUR 35 per person
• Gas per 5 kg bottle: EUR 55
Additional extras:
• Dinghy with engine: EUR 475 / week
• Fishing gear complete (5 units): EUR 225 / week

BOOKING
a) A security deposit of EUR 4,500 per boat must be paid by cash or bank transfer during embarkation. When signing this contract, the Customer accepts the terms available on the Company’s website: www.acinorway.com/termsofcontract
b) Arctic Cruise In Norway AS may cancel this Agreement if the Customer fails to meet payment deadlines.
If bareboat, a valid skipper licence must be verified by our insurance company before booking confirmation. A link will be sent to upload the licences.
c) Cancellation policy: NOK 40,000 will not be refunded. If written cancellation is received earlier than 5 days after the 60% payment, 50% will be refunded. If written cancellation is received within 5 days of the charter start, the full charter fee must be paid. If the Customer wishes to reschedule within 15 days of the charter, 50% of the amount will be held as a deposit toward the new booking.
d) The company does not accept bookings with weather reservations. Safety is always the priority, and the captain will adjust the route according to weather conditions. Bad weather is regarded as “force majeure.”
e) All participants must be registered in the company’s crew list before entering the vessel.
DELIVERY
a) Arctic Cruise In Norway AS will ensure the vessel is in full working order and ready for delivery on the agreed date, fully equipped and furnished.
Price does not include food and drinks.
b) If delivery is delayed, the company will provide a suitable alternative or offer a pro-rata rebate for delays over 24 hours. If the delay exceeds 48 hours, the Customer may cancel, and the company will refund all payments received without interest.
c) If the Customer fails to accept delivery within 24 hours of tender, the full charter fee will be retained.
INSURANCE
Arctic Cruise In Norway AS carries full mandatory insurance for vessel and passengers as required by Norwegian law. The company is not liable for any loss of life, injuries, or damages not covered by the Norwegian Sea Law. The statutory limitations of liability under Norwegian Sea Law apply.
BREAKDOWN OR DISABLEMENT
If a breakdown occurs, the company will take prompt action to repair. If the vessel is out of commission for more than 48 hours (not due to the Customer’s actions), the charter fee will be reduced accordingly or the charter extended. If unrepaired within 72 hours, a pro-rata refund for unused days will be given.
CUSTOMER LIABILITY
The Customer is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury unless caused by the Customer or their guests through negligence or default.
FORCE MAJEURE
Arctic Cruise In Norway AS shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by events beyond its control, including weather, war, strikes, riots, or other natural or external circumstances.
USE OF THE YACHT
a) The vessel is to be used solely as a pleasure vessel and may not carry passengers or goods for hire.
b) The captain has full authority and responsibility for navigation and safety at all times.
c) The Customer and guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of any country visited.
d) No animals, weapons, or narcotics are permitted on board.

PASSENGERS
All passengers and crew must be registered in the passenger list before sailing.

MAPS
It is the skipper’s responsibility to ensure valid paper maps for the planned sailing area are on board. Maps can be purchased at Norli Bokhuset Tromsø, Storgata 86, www.norli.no, +47 776 83 036. Paper maps are the only valid navigation reference; digital maps are for support only. Skipper must verify the latest map endorsements.

DISEMBARKATION
The Customer agrees to disembark at the agreed location and time. Late disembarkation will incur a charge equal to twice the daily charter rate.
SUB-CHARTERING
The Customer is not permitted to sub-charter the vessel or engage in financial arrangements involving the vessel or crew without written consent from Arctic Cruise In Norway AS.
NOTICES
Smoking is not allowed on board except in outdoor areas permitted by the captain. Shoes with stiletto heels or black soles are prohibited.
CREW GRATUITY
Crew gratuity is not included. A 10% gratuity may be offered if service is satisfactory. Exceptional service may be rewarded with a higher amount, handed to the captain for distribution among the crew.
ARBITRATION & LAW
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in Tromsø under Norwegian law. If a single arbitrator cannot be agreed upon, each party appoints one, and the third will be appointed by the local Norwegian court. The arbitration award is final and binding.
HARBOUR DUES AND TAXES
All taxes, harbour dues, and other charter-related expenses shall be paid by the Customer.
