User guide and how to get there.

 

How to get there

From Malaga airport you can take the local train just minutes away from the terminal. Keep left and cross the street and follow the sign to the train. Pay EUR approx 3,5 in ticket machine to Fuengirola, keep right and down to the platform. Train takes approximately 35 minutes.

Note:

Remember to have ticket ready when leaving platform to get out of the train station,

Taxi price is around 45-50 EUR. (It takes 20 minutes to Fuengirola). Uber some cheaper

It is 5 minutes walking from train station to our flat.
Cross the street and keep straight forward locate Las Rampas.
Continue down the stairs and under Las Rampas passage. Calle Capitan is next street J

The grey building is located at the Corner of Calle Capitan, Edificio Capitan, apartment 1-E.

Entrance door is in in the street: Calle Antonio Sedeno Cantos, Edif 4

Flat is in 1.floor to the right at the end of the corridor.
Take lift or use the stairs.
Go left and open the hall door and turn right and locate it at the end of the corridor.


How to open the door - Yale doorman doorlock


First time:

Contact Alfonso an Whatsapp: ‭+34 630 484 855‬ to get the Key set, one is for the building,

Use the 6 digit code *147258* at our entrance door (Yale doorlock system).

Daily use:

Use the code: *147258* or Use RFID key (Yale) hold it close to Yale doorman lock (upper part), to open door.

Use Energeeks remote control to Switching alarm on/off or Home mode when enter flat ( piping sound is activated if alarm is on) . Or Use Energeeks 3.0 App if invited.

When closing door, Yale doorman will automatic lock itself. To open door from inside, just switch doorlock clock direction.



Keys:

One metal key for main entrance door first floor. This is NEEDED to get into the Building. Dont forget it when going to the beach, bar or elsewhere!

Energeeks remote control for daily use (or use APP is invited)


Alarm system

First time:

If you dont have the Energeeks remote controll (aggreed with Alfonso to put it inside the flat). Open the door. Locate the white shoe cabinet.

  • Open the shoe cabinet and locate the black Energeeks remote control

  • Click alarm off button (right upper corner)

  • Click home mode button, (lower left corner)

Camera

For your own comfort, please open the kitchen door (left side) and remove charging / power cable to the camera. By doing this, the camera function dont work.

If leaving the flat for several days, connect cable again and remember to switch on Alarm.

Don´t remove any electric installation connected to sockets, at working desk, TV and Hallroom. Green text is written on each of them. (Don´t remove)

Note:

We will be notified if alarm is beeing activated for some reason. Send me an sms at +4790549997 with your booking name and text GREEN, if activated by mistake. If not, I will ask Alfonso to check the flat and later the Local Police if needed help.

 

Camera

For your own comfort, please open the kitchen door (left side) and remove charging / power cable to the camera. By doing this, the camera function dont work.

If leaving the flat for several days, connect cable again and remember to switch on Alarm.

Daily Use:

Use Energeeks remote controll or APP to Swith on Alarm when leaving the flat. Make sure no one is inside when alarm is arm mode.

If alarm is activated, stop it as soon as possible by clicking Alarm Off Button.

We will be notified if alarm is beeing activated for some reason. Send me an sms at +4790549997 with your booking name and text GREEN, if activated by mistake. If not, I will ask Alfonso to check the flat and later the Local Police if needed help.


Air conditioning / Heating system

At every time you leave flat, remember to switch off air condition / heating system.

System is easy to use. Press start (yellow button) and then temperature by choosing arrow buttons. To change mode from air conditioner to heating, choose mode button. Some minutes after pressing start you will slowly feel the air/heating system working.

Daily use

Please leave outside shoes at entrance area when arriving the flat We kindly ask you not to smoke inside, not even at the veranda area. Avoid go inside with wet swimming suits, floor is made of wood.

Lights

Even we have LED lights all over, please switch off when leaving flat.

Shower

Choose temperature handle to max and then switch cold water handle on. Some seconds later you will feel warm water. Adjust.
After using shower, please take away water from Window frame. Open window to let out wet air some minutes.

Toilet

Note that main toilet button (big one) hanging up. Make sure it is released after flushing down.

Garbage

The garbage can be delivered either on the seafront or directly across the street to the left into the parallel street, left side. Don’t let any food lay on floor, kitchen bench or table!

Vacuum Cleaning:

Vacuum machine is located in wardrobe, main bedroom.

General cleaning if needed:

Use vacuum machine stored in wardrobe double bedroom. Use vacuum machine on carpet

Kitchen:

Take away garbage every day and leave it in garbage store (beach area or street Calle Antonio Sedena)

Clean coffee machine trash

During summer, do not leave food at any places around flat. Use fridge or garbage.

Living room:

Always turn off air-condition / heater system before leaving flat. Important!!

Drying clothes:

It’s not allowed to hang up clothes, towels or other over railing at veranda. Use clotheshorse or dryer at main bathroom.


Other information 

Food
There is supermarket 2 minutes away at towards beach area. But a better choice is in main street or Calle Pallangreros

Restaurants:
There is a lot of restaurants just minutes away, some is towards the church plaza area.

Beach:
2 minus walk.

Taxi:
Next to train station. We use to order Taxi day before leaving if your departure is early

Nice harbour:
Benalmadena. Take local boat from Fuengirola harbour 5-7 minutes walk from our flat

Outlet:
Train to Plaza Mayor. IKEA is at other side of Outlet 15 min walking

 


Internet

Internet:  Fiber is installed. Two Wireless connections

1) Id: Olivnet-5Db39d_5G Password: YJMkcaQM (located left side entrance area behind white door at wall)

2) TP-Link _FE44 White box in hall outside main toilett. Password: 21661068. Dont remove from socket!!


Electric scooter

We offer our electric scooter for renting at 10 EUR/day. Please use paypal to kal@acinorway.com
Be careful when using. Max speed is 35km/h! It is not recommended that kids or younger use this.
Start/stop: click upper button once.
Speed level: click lower button. Level 1 slow speed. Level 3 Max speed. Light: press and hold lower button.

Use: Helmet. Its not allowed to drive on sidewalk


When going home and leaving the flat

·      Check before leaving our flat:

  • Switch off air condition / Heating. Always off

  • Make sure camera is connected to power!

  • Close veranda door

  • Switch off all lights

  • Garbage – take away all

  • Close windows in bedrooms and living room

  • Pull down roller curtains in bedroom and living room

  • Open door by switch door lock right. Green light and sound appear = open

  • Switch on alarm. Click upper left corner once (a man symbol outside house)

    and leave flat (biping sound) o Door will automatic close

  • Leave keys at kitchen bench o If we send it to you bring it back and send it to

  • Leave EUR 45 for cleaning cost.

    o Leave in hall on white shoe closet

  • If you like to help – removed bed clothes and leave in on floor in bathroom,

General rules

  1. A)  WHEN WE RENT OR BUY A FLAT, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE PRESENT OURSELVES TO THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE COMMUNITY AND TO THE NEIGHBOURS OF THE BUILDING, WHO WILL INFORM US ABOUT THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE COMMUNITY AND ABOUT THE QUOTA THAT WE SEE TO PAY FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE COMMON AREAS (EXPENSES OF LIGHT, CLEANING, REPAIRS, ETC.)

  2. B)  WE HAVE THE OBLIGATION TO COLLABORATE IN THE MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF THE COMMON PARTS OF THE BUILDING.

  3. C)  C) BETWEEN 10 P.M. AND 8 A.M., WE CANNOT MAKE NOISES THAT DISTURB OUR NEIGHBOURS, SUCH AS:

    1. LISTENING TO MUSIC OR HAVING THE TV TOO LOUD.

    2. USING HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES SUCH AS THE WASHING MACHINE, VACUUM

      CLEANER, ETC.

    3. MO VING FURNITURE OR MAKING HOUSEHOLD REPAIRS.

    4. THRO WING LOUD PARTIES OR YELLING

  4. D)  DO NOT LEAVE OBJECTS ON STAIRWAY LANDINGS AND CORRIDORS, OR IN INNER COURTYARDS, ETC.

  5. E)  THE PLANTS WE HAVE IN OUR WINDOWS MUST BE PLACED SO THAT THEY ARE NOT A DANGER TO PEOPLE PASSING IN THE STREET. WE MUST WATER THEM BETWEEN 10 P.M. AND 7 A.M., PREVENTING WATER, LEAVES OR OTHER OBJECTS FROM FALLING ONTO THE STREET.

  6. F)  CLOTHES MUST BE HUNG OUT WELL DRAINED, AND IN THE PERMITTED PLACES. THEY MUST NOT BE HUNG OUT ON WINDOWS, BALCONIES OR OTHER PARTS OF THE PROPERTY THAT ARE VISIBLE FROM THE PUBLIC HIGHWAY.

  7. G)  CARPETS,CLOTHINGANDOTHEROBJECTSMUSTNOTBESHAKENONDOORS, BALCONIES OR WINDOWS FACING THE PUBLIC ROAD

  8. H)  IT IS NECESSARY TO BE INFORMED OF THE EXISTING REGULATIONS ON THE INSTALLATION OF SATELLITE DISHES AND AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT. THEY MAY ONLY BE INSTALLED IN THE SPACES INTENDED FOR THAT USE. REMEMBER THAT PERMISSION MUST BE REQUESTED FROM THE OWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF THE RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION.

  9. I)  THE RUBBISH MUST BE SELECTED IN DIFFERENT PLASTIC BAGS, THEN EACH BAG MUST BE PLACED IN THE CORRESPONDING CONTAINER

  10. J)  WE MUST NOT THROW RUBBISH BAGS, OR LIT CIGARETTE BUTTS, OR LIQUIDS IN THE WASTE BINS IN THE STREET.

  11. K)  IF WE HAVE DOMESTIC ANIMALS, WE MUST TAKE THE DOG FOR A WALK ON A LEASH AND COLLECT THE POOP IT MAKES.

  12. L)  DOMESTIC ANIMALS THAT BECAUSE OF THEIR SCREAMS AND SONGS PREVENT THE NEIGHBOURS FROM RESTING, WE MUST NOT LEAVE THEM IN PATIOS, TERRACES, GALLERIES AND BALCONIES OR OTHER OPEN SPACES.
