How to Calculate the Price and Commission for Igloo Services
1. Input Values:
- Each service has a price per unit (e.g., per night, per person).
- You enter the number of units (e.g., number of nights, number of people).
2. Summary Calculation:
- For each service, the **Summary** is calculated as: **Summary = Price × Number of Units**
3. Commission Calculation - only for partners:
- For services like **Basic Igloo** and **Fjordsightseeing incl lunch back**, you can enter a commission percentage (`Com %`).
- The **Commission** is calculated as: **Commission = Summary × (Com % / 100)**
4. Total Price:
- The **Total Price** is the sum of all summaries.
5. **Total Commission**:
- The **Total Commission** is the sum of all commissions.
6. **Price Including VAT**:
- The final **Price incl VAT** is calculated as: **Price incl VAT = Total Price - Total Commission**
7. Payment Details (or according to aggreement):
- Payment is split into three parts based on the **Price incl VAT 12 %**:
- 30% due 10 days after contract.
- 60% due 30 days before the start.
- 10% due 7 days before the start.
